Pacific Northwest Native Masks

7th graders studied the unique style of the Native people from the Pacific Northwest including the Haida, Tsim-shian, and Kwakiutl tribes.  These masks are based on native designs and represent north American animals.  Students focused on making their masks 3D using both additive and subtractive clay modeling techniques.
