The latest in our flurry of work was created by 8th graders who reached back to the 60s for a new/old style of “selfie”.  After learning about Andy Warhol and the POP-Art movement, students started with a picture on their computer.  They ramped up the contrast, printed the picture, and transferred to a linoleum block plate.

After carefully carving the image they printed multiple colors on different colored paper, trimmed and assembled their prints in the style the famous Pop artist.

How do these images reflect the artists who made them?
